Mrs. Lisa Rhodes, Principal
Mrs. Angie Hoffman, Assistant Principal
Ms. Hoffman spent the beginning of her career as a 1st grade teacher in Gwinnett County Public Schools. She also opened Puckett’s Mill ES as a 5th grade teacher. With 21 years of teaching experience, she became an Assistant Principal at Puckett’s Mill ES. Ms. Hoffman is a graduate of Georgia State University who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She holds a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. She also earned her Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership at Lincoln Memorial University.
She lives in Dacula, Georgia with her husband, Chris, and her cat Elsie. She is honored to have four children who have graduated from Gwinnett County Public Schools.

Mrs. Deborah Clinkscales, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Clinkscales has had the honor of serving students and families for 27 years. She began her career as a classroom teacher for 18 years before stepping into school leadership. For the past 9 years, she has served as an assistant principal at another Gwinnett County elementary school.
A proud graduate of South Carolina State University, Mrs. Clinkscales earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She later earned a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Jacksonville State University and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Piedmont College.
Mrs. Clinkscales is no stranger to Puckett’s Mill—she is a charter member who helped open the school in 2008, serving as a 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade teacher. She and her husband are also proud parents of three Puckett’s Mill alumni.
She is thrilled to return “home” to her PMES Hawks family and looks forward to continuing the tradition of excellence while supporting students, staff, and the community.
